How to activate Day Journals Issue Tracking

For some issues you may be asked to initiate tracking within Day Journal and to then send us the log files. To do this, following these steps:

  1. From the Day Journal main screen, go to Settings
  2. Find and tap on the ‘Issue Tracking’ option
  3. Tap the ‘Turn On’ button
  4. Now use Day Journal normally and re-produce the issue
  5. Once the issue has been re-produced, go back into settings > Issue tracking
  6. Tap the ‘Turn Off’ button
  7. Tap the ‘Send Logs’ button
  8. From the share menu, select ‘Email’ and email us the log files which will be attached automatically

The log files never contain any personal information, they simply contain error messages that were generated within Day Journal.
